Generally, we do not accept change of mind returns. However, for special cases, please note that return-to-sender parcels incur a 15% restocking fee, and credit will be issued only for the item cost, minus this fee. Customers are also responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We cannot accept products that have been opened, used, altered or are not in their original unused condition.
