Returns / Damaged Goods Policy:

All returned products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition, including all packaging. If you wish to return your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery to lodge a return and refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the goods, and a Return Authorisation from us must be obtained in advance of goods being returned. Please do not organise the returns without notifying us first. We do not accept returns to be delivered in person to our warehouse.

For Change of Mind: Once return approval is granted, our supplier will arrange return freight at the customer’s cost. After receiving and confirming the item's condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method less the cost of return freight within 5 business days

For items damaged in transit, please reach out to our customer service team immediately for resolution and wherever possible include pictures of the packaging showing damage.
