What size is a long single mattress?

How long is a long single mattress?

The standard long single mattress in Australia is 920mm x 2030mm. This measurement would fit into a room of approximately 2.5m x 3m large, assuming you also need to allow space for other bedroom furniture. However, when assessing any bed sizes, remember to also factor in room for the bed frame!

What is a long single mattress-in-a-box?

The mattress-in-a-box concept has grown in popularity in recent years. No wonder - it is such a convenient way to transport and install what is otherwise a typically fairly bulky (yet essential!) piece of bedroom furniture! As the name suggests, this simply refers to a bed mattress that arrives in a compact box. Once you’ve manoeuvred the box into the correct space, you can remove the mattress and install it. We recommend allowing it time to breathe before using immediately.

Is long single and king single the same?

No, they are not. The king single mattress is 1070mm x 2030mm, making it 150mm wider and the largest of our single-size mattresses.
