If you believe that your product is defective, immediately contact your nearest OMF store, or chat to our customer service team (chat on bottom right of your screen) or send us an email

If you feel your product is faulty or damaged, it is important to call your local OMF store or contact customer service via email as soon as possible.
You will be asked to email photos and based on assessment will determine if covered by warranty. Warranty covers fault or damage on workmanship of your product, and that such fault did not arise from misuse, abnormal use or negligent use.
