Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Information

  • Free Delivery: This product qualifies for free delivery.
  • Online Exclusive: Online-exclusive items cannot be picked up in-store.
  • Delivery Timeframes (from date of dispatch):
    • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane – Metro: 2–3 business days
    • QLD, NSW, VIC – Outer Metro: 3–8 business days
    • NT, SA, TAS, WA, ACT & Regional: 5–15 business days
    Timeframes are a guide only and may be affected by holidays, peak periods, or extreme weather.
  • Delivery Conditions:
    • No delivery to PO Boxes due to product size.
    • Deliveries sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) — please provide instructions for a safe drop-off or alternative address.
    • Couriers generally attempt delivery at least twice before returning an item.
  • Change of Delivery Address: Allowed only before dispatch.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • The customer cancels before dispatch.
  • The item is out of stock.
  • The order is lost in transit.

For cancellations after dispatch, the item must be received before initiating the returns process. Please contact our Customer Service team or your local store to request a cancellation.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Mattresses and bedding cannot be returned for change of mind due to sanitary reasons.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging and labels.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, or packing slip) is required.
  • Photos and/or videos showing the item’s condition are required before approval.
  • Original packaging must be used for returns to prevent damage.
    • If original packaging is not available, a 50% deduction will apply to the refund.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
    • A prepaid return label can be provided and deducted from your refund.
    • Alternatively, you may arrange your own courier.

Fees for Change of Mind Returns:

  • 15% restocking fee (based on purchase price).
  • Return shipping cost (if using our return label).

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact our Customer Service team immediately.
  • Please provide photos and a brief description of the issue.
  • We will send replacement parts or a full replacement at no cost to you, either to your address or your local store.
  • If an order is lost in transit, we will resend the product free of charge.
