To avoid multiple delivery attempts, please make sure that someone is present at your delivery location between 9 AM and 5 PM. If there are additional delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any extra shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Delivery & Return Conditions:

Generally, we do not accept change of mind returns. However, for special cases, please note that return-to-sender parcels incur a 15% restocking fee, and credit will be issued only for the item cost, minus this fee. Customers are also responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We cannot accept products that have been opened, used, altered or are not in their original unused condition.
