Delivery Conditions:

• Due to the size of our products, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
• Deliveries are processed with Authority to Leave. Please provide specific instructions for a safe place to leave your order or an alternative delivery address if there isn’t one, as drivers may not be able to call ahead.

Change of Mind / Damaged Goods Policy:

• All returned products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition, including all packaging.
• If you wish to return your purchase, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and refund (minus a 25% fee for shipping and handling, covering delivery and pickup costs).
• Once return approval is granted, we will send a return label and courier instructions. After receiving and confirming the item's condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
• For items damaged in transit, please reach out to our customer service team immediately for resolution.
