No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for change of mind. In exceptional circumstances where the supplier approves an exchange, the request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item. The items must be undamaged, unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Items returned that are damaged due to improper packaging, soiled, or used will not qualify for a refund, credit, or replacement.

The supplier will only consider claims for manufacturing faults if the customer returns the goods within 14 days of the purchase date.

If you must use an upright vacuum, use the handheld attachment whenever possible
Refrain from running the vacuum over the edges of the rug or the rugs.
Instead, use the handheld attachment or carefully place the vacuum on the rug
If a rug is reversible remember to vacuum both sides.
For hand woven rugs, use extra caution when vacuuming as the suction can pull the weave, alternatively, you can take the rug outside to shake it out
