30-Night Comfort Exchange

If you’re not fully satisfied with your new mattress after giving it a fair try, you may exchange it for another comfort level or model within our range.

To be eligible for OMF’s 30-Night Comfort Guarantee, you must purchase a waterproof mattress protector along with your new mattress.

This guarantee is subject to the following terms:

You must sleep on your mattress for at least 14 nights before requesting an exchange.
Mattresses that are damaged or soiled (beyond fair wear and tear) will not be accepted.
The guarantee does not apply to floor/display models and special sizes.
If you choose a higher-priced mattress, you’ll need to pay the difference. No refunds or credits apply for lower-priced exchanges.
Only one exchange is permitted per purchase.
If a Comfort Exchange is approved, a standard fee of $95 will apply to cover administrative costs of this service. Additional delivery and/or collection fees may also apply.
