30-Night Comfort Exchange

If you’re not fully satisfied with your new mattress after giving it a fair try, you may exchange it for another comfort level or model within our range.

To be eligible for OMF’s 30-Night Comfort Guarantee, you must purchase a waterproof mattress protector along with your new mattress.

This guarantee is subject to the following terms:

You must sleep on your mattress for at least 14 nights before requesting an exchange.
Mattresses that are damaged or soiled (beyond fair wear and tear) will not be accepted.
The guarantee does not apply to floor/display models and special sizes.
If you choose a higher-priced mattress, you’ll need to pay the difference. No refunds or credits apply for lower-priced exchanges.
Only one exchange is permitted per purchase.
If a Comfort Exchange is approved, a standard fee of $95 will apply to cover administrative costs of this service. Additional delivery and/or collection fees may also apply.

Very firm

We bought the medium hoping for a bit of comfort. Unfortunately, this mattress is so hard it's hard to sleep on. Great if you like a firm mattress, no so great for us.

Brighton Mattress

All is good they delivered when they said they would and took away the old mattress, the Brighton is quite comfy glad to have brought it.

Super Comfy

Easily the best bed I've ever had. Feels supportive without being super hard and not too soft either. No problems getting to sleep.

Medium/Firm and cool so far

So far, the mattress is great, supportive and cool which is what I was after. Was after something with support as I have a bad back and this mattress delivers on that. It is also is great for limited partner disturbance.

Just be mindful when purchasing the Brighton mattress, it is 33cm which is higher than most. Also, you have to sleep on the edges due to the foam box and to prevent sagging in the middle as that is not included in warranty. Lastly, make sure you purchase a mattress protector at the same time if you want the 30 day return.

Brighton Mattress has to be tried

Syed from OMF Alexandria could not have been anymore helpful to me today as I purchased yet another fabulous OMF mattress. He went out of his way to source what I needed at an excellent price. His product knowledge and communication was perfect and so I've made an excellent choice. The OMF mattresses are the best you can buy. The comfort of the Brighton mattress has to be tried. Highly recommended
