All items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our supplier will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

To guarantee delivery, there must be someone to receive the goods between 9am – 5pm.

Returns Terms & Conditions

No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for change of mind. In exceptional circumstances where the supplier approves an exchange, the request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item. The items must be undamaged, unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Items returned that are damaged due to improper packaging, soiled, or used will not qualify for a refund, credit, or replacement.

The supplier will only consider claims for manufacturing faults if the customer returns the goods within 14 days of the purchase date.
