Change of Mind / Damaged Goods Policy:

All returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition, including all packaging.

If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to initiate the return and refund process.

For Change of Mind returns: Once your return request is approved, you will need to arrange for a carrier at your own expense to send the item back to us. After we receive and verify the item's condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
