30-Night Comfort Exchange

If you’re not fully satisfied with your new mattress after giving it a fair try, you may exchange it for another comfort level or model within our range.

To be eligible for OMF’s 30-Night Comfort Guarantee, you must purchase a waterproof mattress protector along with your new mattress.

This guarantee is subject to the following terms:

You must sleep on your mattress for at least 14 nights before requesting an exchange.
Mattresses that are damaged or soiled (beyond fair wear and tear) will not be accepted.
The guarantee does not apply to floor/display models and special sizes.
If you choose a higher-priced mattress, you’ll need to pay the difference. No refunds or credits apply for lower-priced exchanges.
Only one exchange is permitted per purchase.
If a Comfort Exchange is approved, a standard fee of $95 will apply to cover administrative costs of this service. Additional delivery and/or collection fees may also apply.

Awesome Service Paul OMF Jindalee

I had read other reviews about Paul (Jindalee OMF) and I can say I agree 100% with them, his knowledge and experience in complete customer service is rarely seen nowadays. The wife and I had “ several discussions” over the hour or so with Paul and found him to be very good and patient with our situation, and in the end Paul helped us immensely in our final selection of the Refresh Soft King with great price. As this King size has to be made (4-6weeks) it works out great for us time wise. I will review the mattress once we have had it a few weeks but we both feel confident our selection with Paul’s awesome assistance & help, that we will be very pleased.

Disappointment

I bought a n elegance mattress on arrival it was far to high so Kellie at minyama was kind enough to offer an exchange I went into store was careful with my selection chose a refresh soft as it felt lovely in the shop alas when we got it slept on it for 2 nights found it to hard to sleep on and had to advertise it for sale back to our old faithful anyone interested I paid $1299 I’ve advertised it for $800 very disappointing
