30-Night Comfort Exchange

If you’re not fully satisfied with your new mattress after giving it a fair try, you may exchange it for another comfort level or model within our range.

To be eligible for OMF’s 30-Night Comfort Guarantee, you must purchase a waterproof mattress protector along with your new mattress.

This guarantee is subject to the following terms:

You must sleep on your mattress for at least 14 nights before requesting an exchange.
Mattresses that are damaged or soiled (beyond fair wear and tear) will not be accepted.
The guarantee does not apply to floor/display models and special sizes.
If you choose a higher-priced mattress, you’ll need to pay the difference. No refunds or credits apply for lower-priced exchanges.
Only one exchange is permitted per purchase.
If a Comfort Exchange is approved, a standard fee of $95 will apply to cover administrative costs of this service. Additional delivery and/or collection fees may also apply.

Not happy with online orders

The Taree branch were amazing, went above and beyond to give excellent customer service. Unfortunately your online set up, needs a huge overhaul and fixed. You put up a discount on the order after the product was sold. This discount was not honoured. Delivery was all over the place, being delivered at different times, instead of the one Delivery. Very frustrating for all involved. Taree branch was amazing and got it all sorted. Matt and Jack thank you, for your prompt response and professionalism. Sadly I will never order online again. I highly recommend going yo your local OMF store directly. Simply OMF online sort this out your online ordering and delivery is a mess, unfortunately it comes back on the amazing customer service of the branch, even tho its nothing to do with them. It's your online and delivery thats let down OMF local branches company.

Bought this mattress for my teenager, now we all want one. No weird chemical smells, soft but supportive, the price was good and great customer service from Cairns store.

Great mattress

I've had this mattress for around two months now and am so happy with it. I got the queen plush and although it wasn't as plush as I expected at first, it's perfect once it's worn in a little. I also have a mattress topper for it. My back is not nearly as sore as it used to be. For a mattress in a box (which I didn't realise until l picked it up!) it feels the same as my family members multiple thousand dollars mattress, I can't tell the difference. It distributes weight well, I hardly notice my partner rolling over during the night now. Great mattress for when you're on a budget.

Restful Revivify is the way to go.

This is my second purchase of the Revivify mattress and I am really happy with both of them. I purchased the soft feel and they are so comfortable. The convenience of the bed being in a box saves a fortune on delivery fees. I could fit it into my small sedan with the back seats pushed forward.
