Delivery conditions
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to product size.
- Deliveries are processed with Authority to Leave (ATL). Please provide a safe-place instruction or an alternative address if none is available; drivers may not be able to call ahead.
- Timeframes are guidelines only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays, peak periods, or due to extreme weather.
Change of mind / Damaged goods policy
- Returned products must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition with all packaging. For sanitary reasons, mattresses and bedding cannot be returned for change of mind.
- If you wish to return your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and refund, minus shipping & handling fees (delivery and pickup costs). A 10% restocking fee applies.
- Once return approval is granted, we’ll send a return label and courier instructions. After the item is received and its condition confirmed, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
- For items damaged in transit or faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately for resolution.
