Deliveries are processed with Authority to Leave (ATL). Please provide a safe-place instruction or an alternative address if none is available; drivers may not be able to call ahead.

Change of mind / Damaged goods policy

Returned products must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition with all packaging. For sanitary reasons, mattresses and bedding cannot be returned for change of mind.
If you wish to return your purchase, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and refund, minus shipping & handling fees (delivery and pickup costs). A 15% restocking fee applies.
Once return approval is granted, we’ll send a return label and courier instructions. After the item is received and its condition confirmed, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
For items damaged in transit or faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately for resolution.
