  • If you wish to return your purchase, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and refund, minus shipping & handling fees (delivery and pickup costs). A 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Once return approval is granted, we’ll send a return label and courier instructions. After the item is received and its condition confirmed, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  • For items damaged in transit or faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately for resolution.
