Fabulous customer service

Received honest information about my bed base, which could not have been disclosed, as I would have been none the wiser. I was impressed because I’d recently dealt with a business that disclosed nothing about the damaged quality of a mattress that I bought.

Be aware this comes as 2x king singles when ordering a King, not one continuous piece. A bit misleading...

Also, OMF delivered one half as the wrong size so was left with half a bed base until they sorted out another delivery.
