Change of mind / Damaged goods policy
- Returned products must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition with all packaging. For sanitary reasons, mattresses and bedding cannot be returned for change of mind.
- If you wish to return your purchase, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and refund, minus shipping & handling fees (delivery and pickup costs). A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Once return approval is granted, we’ll send a return label and courier instructions. After the item is received and its condition confirmed, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
